Age Verification Policy

Effective 22 October 2026. SwipeSparks is 18+ only, enforced in two layers: a date of birth at signup, and a verified age check before any explicit content.

1. Signup

Every fan enters a date of birth. Anyone under 18 is blocked, and the device cannot simply retry with a different date. Impossible dates are rejected as typos.

2. Before explicit content

The first time a fan tries to view or buy anything tagged explicit, they must pass an age check with Didit, using an ID document or facial age estimation. We receive only the result (over or under 18) and the date of the check, never the ID image. Verified fans get a "Verified 18+" badge, which is the only thing creators see.

3. Chat

The AI receives each fan's verification status with every message and may only produce explicit content for verified fans. A final automated check blocks explicit replies to unverified fans, whatever the AI or a creator sends.

4. Signs that a user may be a minor

If a report or the content of a chat suggests a fan may be under 18, the account is locked until they pass the age check. Confirmed minors' accounts are closed, and their data is deleted except what the law requires us to keep.

5. Creators

Every creator passes a full identity check (government ID plus a live selfie) before publishing anything, as the Creator Agreement describes.
